What is the meaning of the 3 block indentations on the silver medal edge to the right of the letter "S"?

My Christmas present (1 of 2) finally arrived.  It has already found a better home pending final agreement with another collector.

RAREMEDAL the link below is for a 1993 Matte God of Longevity 3.3 oz (100g?) silver.     Little is known about it.  NGC has stated they will grade it but need more information such as box/coa, etc.    It is on Huang Ruiyong's medal list w/ 2 stars.   Is this medal a unauthorized strike?   Is it a "enterprise medal"?    Is it a official medal of the mint?   Do you have any information?..........thank you.......

Translation: This medal was minted by Toye Kenning & Spencer Ltd in London. The symbols on the right should be the company logo (seem to be: anchor, lion, letter), which are normally seen on precious metal medals. They may refer to: authorized by the royal family, precious metal (silver) and so on. This company was founded in 1685, and their major products include medals, badges and royal uniforms.

Do you have a "Modify" option displayed on the upper right edge of your message?  I think there is a 5 minute time limit for message modification.

It wasnt the most beautiful medal, looked like it was cleaned, but when popular MCC arelisted in the wrong category, proper relisting in itself can be profitable.
