It bears 2 signatures, the complete names of the signing persons are very complicated, namely (in Pinyin) Abu Du-luo-fu-mai-ke-su-mu (bank director) and Wu-mai-er-bo-ke-a-ji (president of the treasury of Ili). The date is "1366" after the calendar of the Hui minority. This year lasted from Nov.15, 1947 until Nov.2, 1948.
In february 1950, after the liberation of Xinjiang by the communists, 1250 Yuan of this note type were changed against 1 Yuan silver note.
