As an American interested in silver panda, lunar and unicorn coins, I am eager to gather information about the Chinese modern coin scene: how large the collecting population is, where the best coin stores are (and what their names are), what current price and availability trends are, how to find information in English about all these topics, where one can find Chinese coin dealers here in the US and what European coin dealers focus or have a large inventory of these coins.

And, is there anyone in the US thinking of hosting a Chinese coin show?

Thanks,
PEcus

Rare Panda Coins (Jay) sells and has a very good blog on Chinese coins: http://rare-panda-coins.blogspot.com/

Can you speak any foreign languages? There are dealers in Germany, for example, but they seem to respond better to inquiries in their native language.
