All feedbacks require my approval before being posted unless they are in an autoapproved group (mods & admin).

I provided three feedbacks, one positive, one neutral, and one negative.  They showed up immediately.  If a regular member entered avfeedback, does it go to you first, get approved, then it showed up?

I also clicked "report" and put in a short report.  Is the report for administrator and moderators?

Any comments or suggestions?

I think some sort of resource that gives information on an individual's trade history would be useful.  I've seen a few "for sale" postings that I didn't respond to, simply because I had no information on that person.

All feedbacks require my approval before being posted unless they are in an autoapproved group (mods & admin).

Approval of comments would likely limit ficticious sabotage entries by people who were merely irritated by another person's posting, but never actually conducted a trade...Just to think through different scenarios in advance, however, what do you do if seller and buyer have different stories about what happened?  How do you judge.  Is there an appeals process?

Also, I assume such a system would accept retroactive postings.  I could enter trade information on several people I have had positive transactions with over the past few years?

Thanks for your efforts, snowball.

Yes!

I got the Report.    It was sent to my forum Inbox auto. by the system.

The "report" in the lower right corner is meant for reporting any trade that went awry, e.g. paid but didn't receive merchandise. (CCF is not a payment processor, unlike Paypal. So, it's irrelevant in our case.)  Positive/negative experience should be submitted using the "submit feedback for user" button.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Birdman, the system shows member's trade history.  Let's say if a member had 20 trades. By clicking on Trade Count: (20), you can view all the details about these 20 trades.

No!   People, do not submit feedbacks on transactions made before December 5th, 2012!
I can not imagine if I log into my account and seeing hundreds of feedbacks are waiting for approval.  That's gonna kill me!

Dr650rob, deals outside of the B.S.T. forum would not count.

Snowball, thanks for introducing a feedback profile system for CCF members.  I also tested the system and looks pretty straight forward.  Can a seller or a buyer dispute a claim after a feedback has been rendered in the comments section?  A small rebuttal section would also be nice to have in the feedback profile system to allow the buyer or seller receiving a negative feedback to voice any concerns over the transaction.

Thanks.

pe,  a small rebuttal section sounds necessary.  A child board under the trading forum?  uhmm.. let me think about it first.

thanks!
