NGC grading of Singapore Show medals
« on: May 11, 2012, 12:56:39 PM »
Not being as bright as some, when I received my 1 oz coins from Panda America, I packaged them and sent them to NCS/NGC. Then it was mentioned in a post that NGC hadn't said if they would grade these medals or not. My question is, has anyone had NGC say they will grade them or better yet,had them grade some? I know it's a little late to be worrying about it now but I thought I would ask.

That just proves my point about not being very bright. Why didn't I think of checking Ebay? Actually, it did cross my mind but I received my coins in the first mailing from PA and sent them in that day. They are just now scheduled for grading so I didn't figure that there would be any graded. That would indicate that NGC might give better or faster service to some. That thought alone should start a lot of conversation on CCF at least among small collectors like myself:)
Thank you for pointing me to Ebay. It answered my question and raised some too.

NGC has officially said they would grade both 1oz and 5oz, as well as they have a special label for the Singapore fair.
