1985 Singapore 5oz Silver Proof Medal "Keying" Junk Ship with Double Dragon

Wasn't sure where to post this, since there is no Singapore coin/medal section on this forum.

I figured some of the Singapore members could help with this one, I came across this coin in a shop recently. After doing some research all I could find is that the mintage is 500. I guess my questions are

1. Is there a story or meaning behind the medal.
2. What does Junk silver mean
3. Is this a desirable/sought after or "Rare" medal
4. What would this coin go for in auction say in PF68

All help is greatly appreciated,   -PandaQuest-

Singapore has issued some beautiful art coins and medals.

Sadly, there has not been the kind of premium attached to them, as has for PRC.

I own several nice pieces, for the artwork.  I have sold several.

Pretty much just bullion. Without demand, there is little price appreciation based on collector's value.
