Man, that's some hardcore commie stuff you got there as my cousin would say about my Pandas?    Who knows what it could bring right?  I know the Mao Gold Coins are worth money especially in high grade.  This could be the contrarian move IMHO.

Very nice metla. looks like the second one is a counterfeit?
The other side depicts "Paris Commune", a popular commie theme. The inscription is a quatation from the Communist manifesto.

It does not worth much thouth.
I saw in one site it was offered for 180 RMB, roughly $30.
According to one site at:
http://www.51ybk.com/sell/show-6608.html
This was issued in 1985, mintage was 36500 which is pretty high.
But this is a very nice metal.

There is also a silver version of this metal, which was issued during 2005-2007 and with mintage around 100. The silver piece enjoys the asking price of 11600 RMB.

On the seond thought, I think the second is the original, but the first is a restrike of later years.

On the third thought, if my theory is correct about original and restrike, the second one should worth much more, becaue it should have very limited mintage.
The 36500 mintage should be refering to all the restrike.

And the original should be minted and issued in 1983 because that was the year of centenial for Marx.

Numismatically speaking, the first one has some obvious rub on a couple of the high-points on the relief of the reverse.
