I have NGC 69 1 OZ 1999 LD gold panda for your 68 level or sealed panda (same year and size) and cash.
also have PCGS 69 1999 1/2 OZ LD gold panda for your 68 level or sealed panda (same year and size) and cash.

How much cash are you thinking to make up the difference???

I was actually going to post on MS68 coins.  I am getting more and more buyers from China who are foregoing my MS69 coins and specifically asking for my MS68 coins.  My thought from this experience and reading some other postings is that some Chinese buyers are saying in essence, "I don't care about the little number on the plastic case, give me the better price".
