First post! Thank you for reading and taking time to respond. This is one of a batch of Yuan Shih Kai picked up during WWII by a relative who passed on in 1969. This is the only one that appears to be rare, and has the O in the wreath, a partially doubled ear, and clearly split stems at the bottom of the wreath on the reverse. It weighs 26.67 grams and measures 39mm in diameter. Should I send it out for grading/certification? And is NGC a good choice for that?
