« on: April 06, 2018, 06:49:21 PM »
I was offered a 1992 1/2 Oz I think small date gold panda in imo for $900 I was thinking it was a fair price.  What’s current ask and bid on them.

Check the forehead.  Many from that date have significant forehead rub.  The fair price depends on condition.  I’d gladly pay $900 for a pristine OMP, but if there is significant forehead rub, I wouldn’t touch it at $900.  If it hasn’t been graded yet, it is worth considering why.  Just one opinion.

I didn’t see forehead rub.  It’s a 68 or 69 imo.

I always use PCGS Chinese guide to get a sense, because it also lists auction results.

Given the stats there $900 seems like a good deal.
What did you decide?

It is now home with the rest of the bear herd in the safety deposit box.  I'm thinking about sending it and a few others to NCS and grading.
