I am still impressed by the details and designs of Chinese coins/medals.    Photos bring out the small details i cannot see.     Very nice..... N31

It is interesting to see the progression of frosting on many of the Historical Figures.  Here is my 1991 Hong Xiu Quan.  Notice the differences in the flag, spears, and men in the background.

One of my collector friends has purchased several varieties of 1989? Kublai Kahn of the Historical Figures.       It seems many in this series has varieties or differences.     However the over all pop at this point looks large so demand/prices are still very reasonable.......
