Someone who would be able to deliver orders outside of us, because sellers refuse to deliver outside US

Why not send coin/medal to a US dealer that ships outside the US and pay a added fee?      Problem is original seller is responsible for shipping if purchased on ebay.....

Many dealers ship outside the US, the only catch is who is insuring it.

I still ship to dealers internationally for a small charge, because they agree to self insure and I have no liability if something gets lost.  For collectors I never ship international, because they expect me to insure the package and refund them if coin doesn't arrive.

I suspect the main reason why sellers don't want to ship overseas has to do with prior bad past experiences. A "re-despatch" service as described would involve individuals who know and trust each other but could still be expensive due to tracking costs and insurance.
