Memento Dollar 1927 - Real or Fake ?

Hi all

Please help me to identify if this 1927 Memento Dollar is authentic or not.
I bought it from a reputable seller who offers me to take coin back if I'm not satisfied.

Diameter: 38.95-39.05 mm
Weight   : 27.02 gr

IMO, this is a questionable coin. See attached pictures. The second picture is a genuine PCGS coin. This is a common 6-pointed star version Memento dollar and UNC coin is readily available at very reasonable price. I will pass this heavily polished and cleaned coin, even it is genuine.
