From what I've seen, Panda collectors do not seem to favor ANACS. My guess would be an ANACS 68 would be similar value as OMP/raw coin.

There are 3 major varieties of this coin, do you know which it is?

Bluefin646, the date (1999) determines what variety it is, there's small date (narrow characters), large date no serif (wide characters and the number 1 without the serif) and large date serif 1 (serif is the small line under the number 1).

Large date plain serif. Looking at about $1450, and my suspicion is the ANACS holder could negatively impact your ability to sell it. The other 2 varieties are worth more. If the coin looks like a solid 69 it might be worth the risk of cracking it out and submitting to PCGS or NGC. It would probably come back a 68 or 67, but at 69 in one of those holders it would be worth $1800.
