It looks beautiful, lustre and all. Never would I think I'd ever say that about an image of a fat man before I collected coins.

Thanks :001_smile:
Ok,sometimes a scan looks much better, than a photo, but I hope to get the coin next week and I'll do good pics.
I found some "moments",that looks strange for me .It's maybe just a patina, but it looks also as a possible counterfeit :001_unsure:

Don't wanna open a new topic, just wanna ask about 10 cents 1914. Does it has some varieties, and if so,how to identify them?

Indeed, this is a very interested coin. It has a very nice lustre. Besides contact spots, there is no deep scratched mark. The picture is not good enough to see the surface details, but the irregular rim surface and several lumpy spots on the uniform does suggest that this coin may be questionable. Clear and high resolution picture will be needed to confirm the observation. Attached are pictures of PCGS 65 coin for future comparison.

All PCGS and NGC graded 10 cents coins have an identical label, L&M 66, Y-326. Kann did mention in his book about several varieties, such as letters L. G. over the right side shoulder, and difference in the distance between the goatee and chin.

No ideas,confirms?
I'm a little confused with this coin. It has been struck, looks and sounds like a silver, weight is 26.87(but my scales is not very perfect). However some details are not comfortable for me.This one more photo of a "moment",what doesn't look good for a genuine coin,as I wish it would be.

This is a very high quality reproduction. Attached pictures are edge reedings for genuine and fake (2nd picture) 1914 YSK.

Attached are enhanced pictures of your coin. The leaf tips of your coin is less sharp than the PCGS MS65 coin, picture posted previously, and the position of the tips also slightly difference from the genuine PCGS coin.
