Welcome to CCF!
Hero member fwang2450 is the expert on this coin.  Hopefully he'll come on shortly to answer all your questions.  I can tell you what little I know of it:  It is Sino-British Friendship coin, also known as the "Horse Treading on a Swallow" medal.  You can search CCF with these keywords for additional discussions.

fwang2450 has also written an article about it on his blog: http://modern-chinese-numismatic-info.blogspot.com/2014/04/evidence-of-official-sanctioning-of.html

It looks like brass. The price range would be around $150.

HI I was waiting for your expert response and I thank you and thank all the members who gave me answers to my interrogations  .You say it is brass because  the edge doesn't contain the text "TK&S" ?

Yes, and also because the silver one has a different color.

Bronze, brass, copper.  All depends on who you ask.  In general on this medal, they all referred to the same.

If I recalled, the silver has a series # (such as "213", "259", ...) on the rim in addition to "TK&S".  Not 100% recalled.

By my question I wanted to eliminate that  my medal is in bronze , if you tell me that a medal in bronze like that must have  letters or signs or numbers written on its edge , I will say that my medal is not in bronze as there is nothing engraved on its edge. I hope I explained well what I want to know ;)

NGC 69RB of this medal

https://www.ngccoin.com/certlookup/3877773-015/

Silver version has TK&S engraved on the edge, not copper version.

The silver one has serial number (something like '911') on the edge besides TK&S.
If yours does not have serial number than it is bronze.

Thanks for the answer but FWANG 2450 said that it can be bronze or brass and that is my question , how can I differenciate between these 2 metals ?

As NGC label indicated, this is a copper medal. Usually, freshly made red copper coin is designed as RD (red), slightly toned copper coin (most original red color still visible) is designed as RB (red brown), and circulated copper coin or uncirculated copper coin with 10% less red color is designed as BN (brown). Your medal, based on the picture, most likely will be uncirculated BN.

All depend on what is your definition and view of "worthless".

If I paid $0.01 and sold for $0.02, then one view is that I made a 100% profit
