Panda 1996 1/2 oz 1/4 oz
« on: June 05, 2016, 08:52:48 AM »
Hello everybody,

Just introduced myself and this is my second post now.

So I baught some 1996 Panda coins in 2014/15. And just saw that the NGC price guide is up a bit.
Current NGC Price guide price (compared to the approximate price I remember from purchase time):

1oz - 2550$   (around 2900$)
1/2 oz - 4000$ ( around 2200$)
1/4 oz - 535$  (the same)

Now how often do they update these prices? Are they based on recent auctions? Is there any other Price guide ?
The 1 oz and the 1/4 oz seem a little undervalued compared to the to other years (1995 and 1998).

Greetings

Mo

You also have to research Ebay and other coin selling sites for past sales and current pricing.

XuHong's one is the 4th one that I know of, whereas I haven't seen any 94, 97, etc.  I am also wondering why.

Ok, 4 sheets is a lot already . meaning 40 coins that will propaby grade MS68-69. This coin doesn't seem to be that rare after all.

It looks like all the sheets are small dates, large dates are hard to find still.
