I thought the grade was really nice so took a shot at it and won.

NGC said coin had 'residue' so now it needs to go to NCS............then back for grading............hope it's well into MS.............

Please can you post a photo after it returns from conservation and grading. It will be great to compare the before and after photos to see how conservation affects (improves) the appearance of this particular coin. Thanks.

My Y-213a.3 that was graded by ANAC probably 20 years ago.  I noticed a small shift in the central plum flower on the reverse as shown in the animated GIF (third picture).

Yes.........interesting.........good catch........NGC have been really slow on the grading and although NCS indicates on my account that any coins treated have gone back to NGC, NGC said they were still with NCS...........guess they are not going to tell me to go to NCS if the coin is a fake.......
