It looks like a Japanese dragon yen circa 1870-1914.  The reverse shows a disk-shaped chrysanthemum, symbol of the Japanese monarchy.

This is 1890 Kweichow Chien Pao silver cake.

Where is your source of those coins posted recently in this Forum? All your coins have a very strange wear pattern and heavily polished. IMO, they may be made at the same place. All your coins are very rare and the valuation will be in five figure if they are genuine.

I got these coins from the estate of a recently passed dealer, the current owner of these coins have no idea of authenticity
and neither do I, I have never seen them before and took a chance and acquired the whole lot as I might never see them again.
I'm sure to even find the real coin to make a fake would be a task in itself.
