The 60th Anniversary of Victory of Long March of the Chinese Red Army from 1996 are official coins, and the set from the link was familiar to me, but I could not find it in catalog. Then I realized there is no sign of yuan just a  nominal value on it.

There is a strictly enforced regulation that prohibits the Chinese Mints from copying or reusing the design of a coin on a medal. I do not know how, or if, that would affect a private Mint.
