Nice! I guess the spot at bottom (close to 6:00 position) developed after the grading.

I bought this one already graded for about 160$ from jc88888888.
Not sure about the spot's time of appearance.
I am very happy to have this one in any case.
Some of these grade proof and some grade mint strike I have noticed.

This coin looks even better in person as PF70.  I actually have two for sale at 140USD each but havent listed it again since I violated forum rules without having enough posts.

@jwa, I read there are special plastic coin pouches that will protect your coins from oxidation.  I read it on here somewhere the pouch looks copper and not transparent.  Silver looks beautiful to look at but unfortunately they do tarnish over time unlike Gold coins.  I believed the post was from 1668Chris or I could be wrong.

I do use the Coin Armour baggies as soon as I receive coins, graded or ungraded.
The copper side does not allow view but the baggie enclosure certainly keeps the
bad stuff out. They do not come apart so easily like the protective boxes.
I like the larger ones for larger slabs and for protection of paper items
like COAs, cards, and such.

1668Chris is likely the one to mention them. He is a distributor for them I think.
