I made it my new goal to report at least 10 fakes everyday
If we are many to do this, ebay have to start care
I also encourages people on other forum as well
So lets help out and report as many as you can

It is like if each of the 1000 people visiting a park would take a moment to pick up a single piece of litter instead of just walking by.  It has a cumulative effect, yet it costs each individual very little.

I actually reported a fake listing to eBay yesterday. It was easy using Birdman's directions. I shall now do that routinely whenever I come across such listings.

Thanks for reminding us how each one of us can be an important component of this endeavour to control fake coin sales on eBay (and other platforms).  N42

I just reported

http://www.ebay.com/itm/wcs-coin-1986-100-YN-China-panda-Gold-1OZ-/172294341673?hash=item281d8b0429

I'll follow up later and see if they took this one down too.

Update.  The above is still listed after four days.  I reported it again.

The other type of improved and increasingly deceptive fake is like the one below.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/2000-China-50Yuan-1-10-Oz-24K-PanDa-Gold-Coin-ASBA-/201642186556?hash=item2ef2cf973c:g:SYEAAOSwU-pXqfYo

It is in "omp".  It has a denomination with a yuan-like marking.  It is true that it is a 1/10 and it is marked as a 50 yuan, and that is incorrect for the year 2000 (10 yuan), but since the 1/10 become 50y in 2001, it is will fool some.  Furthermore, the ebay listing of these types used to have "gold-plated" or other key words in the title or description.  The sellers seem to be gradually dropping those identifiers, making it more likely that people will get fooled.  Furthermore, the text describes the material as .999 gold, which surely is only an accurate for the plating.  Reported.

All reported.  Keep up the collective pressure.  Report just a few of the most blatant deceptions each day.

Here's a fake 1994 S10Y in a fake holder. (Several problems but just look at the denomination serif)

I also don't think any grading companies were doing "Early Releases" in 1994 :-)
