The Chinese circulating coin site coin001.com (Modern Coins and Banknotes) will be represented at the Long Beach Coin Expo starting tomorrow, alongside top coin dealers from China. Mr. Sun Keqin, one of the top Chinese circulating coin collectors and author of the Chinese circulating coin catalog, whose cataloging system is adopted by PCGS, brought along 100 circulating coin rarities for presentation. The booth number is 1146. I will be there much of the time as I am one of the moderators of the site. Anyone attending the Expo is welcome to stop by and have a chat.

Mr. Sun will give a talk on modern Chinese circulating coins. Another member of the team, Mr. Li Haoyu, will talk about modern Chinese brass medals which are becoming hot collectibles, evidenced by rapidly rising prices on eBay.

Mr. Sun's talk is at 1 pm tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon. He also brought some copies of his catalog of Chinese circulating coins. Anyone interested can buy it with his signature. He has about 20 copies with him.

Your medal set is in very strong hands. It is not likely that it will resurface on the market. It is absolutely rare, the only known set on earth.
