Any comment on why the different color (grayish vs. yellowish) of certificate regarding the same coin?

This COA was issued by the distributor (ICC). China Mint produced this set without the knowledge of the requirement of a license to use Olympic logo from International Olympic Committee for the coin. Therefore the balance of this set was minted few months after the first batch. IMO, the different paper color may have something to do with the time difference in issuing of this set.

I do have COA issued by China Mint for 1 Yuan Cu-Zn coin as attached and had never seen COA issued by China Mint for the silver coin.

It appears that blue is the 1980 Olympic Winter Games Lake Placid (biathlon, figure skating, alpine downhill, speed skating) and green is the 1980 China National Olympic Committee (Archery, Wrestling, Equestrian, Soccer).

Very nice and rare. Those COAs are for piedfort gold and silver winter Olympic with mintage of 500.
