Illustrated China Proof Coins Catalogue (1979-2011)
I bought it earlier this year.
This one has the Franklin Mint cards covered.
EBay seller coinsxzh has many China Numismatic books.

Peter,
I noticed your book at upper left is open to 1986 Liu Bang 1/3oz gold.  Did it says anything about small/large date varieties?  I'm aware of 2 large date varieties (not recognized by NGC) that are hard to find and snowball recently help me purchased one of the large date in China which is on its way back to USA.  My unscientific observation is that large date varieties seem more common in China and there maybe an interesting story there.

The chapter has a good history of Liu Bang and nice photos, but unfortunately not much numismatic detail.

For unknown reason, I have trouble to post picture in this thread; tried three times and failed.

poconopenn,
I noticed lately the software seems to behave inconsistently with image uploads, but I'm still able to upload (sometimes I'll need to retry) even with error message.  You already know about the max file size of 3 meg, but there is another limit: the x-dimension (in pixel) times y-dimension of a picture can not exceed 16,000,000.  Please check your image and try again.

I'll ask snowball about the inconsistent message after a file load.

SANDAC

I tried to upload again and failed. The picture is less than 1meg and dimension is 1400x1900. I had no problem to upload the picture in other thread yesterday, only this one.

Mr. Ge's book, 2015 version.

SANDAC,

I just rename the picture and it works. Sorry, the problem may have something to do with the name of picture containing symbol (') which may interfere the upload.

Does this book replace Mr Ge's purple book?   Can we in the West (cannot read Chinese) see the numbers as in the purple book?   I have his new white book but it is all Chinese......Cost?........
