It's year 9.

I think it is a mint mark but I haven't information about this.

Can you tell me more about this please ?

Kwang-tung 2 chaio (20 cents) 1920 Y-423

https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/china-provincial-kwangtung-province-20-cents-y-423-11912-91920-cuid-1045677-duid-1289194

It looks like a larger asymmetric, non-circular pimple. Smaller pimples are visible in fields and near or on devices like the "U" in Kwang-tung, beading inside the legends, e.g. "E" in CENTS,  or the denticles around the rim.

Counterfeiters are now replicating more common minor-value coins such as 2 chaio (20 cent) pieces. I speculate counterfeiters are creating marks to distinguish their virtually exact uncirculated replicas from genuine specimens.

Please show a photograph of the reverse face appearance.

The reverse face also shows pimples in the fields between and on characters in the legend as well as near the denticles. Some of the denticles, at 2 o’ clock look malformed. Pimples can be caused by replicated flaws from the original authentic coin or they can be created during duplication on new striking dies.

There are examples here: https://www.dragondollar.com/coins/tag/fake-chinese-coin/
Authentication services are likely unable to catch the newest variants, even after they discover replicas that evaded earlier detection.

Scanning lasers were able to resolve original details to 8 microns precision in 2015. It might be better now. Using these imaging techniques and editing precision scans with 3-dimensional software means replication can remove even original coin flaws when making counterfeit striking dies.
