Saw the 10 Yuan bi-metal coin. Would be great if a silver proof was minted.

Anything to get the monster Madman Mao's face off of the currency is a welcome sight. A dog would even be better than the murderous Mao!!!! 70 million Chinese murdered during this despot's iron-fist rule. He made Hitler and Stalin look like Kindergarten kids. How sad indeed!

Just ordered five of these notes, look very nice.

The mintage of 10 and 100 Yuan banknotes are too high to be considered as a good investment. It is fine for collector. I prefer the lucky money sheet issued 10 days ago by Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP). The eight 2 dollar sheet has a first four digits 8888 in serial # and the mintage is 16888.

Disclosure: I bought some when it issued.

Actually, there are two sellers at eBay now. One sold three sheets at $88 and the other sold 3 sheets at $108. This sheet is still available at the link (BEP on line store) I provided for $58.88.

I also bought two of these uncut sheet, if the aerospace note actually get into circulation, then 300 million copies are not that much. I bet people will be using them for lucky money for their kids during New Year celebration.
