Welcome to the forum.

This is 1911 10 cash copper coin from An-hwei.
 
The recent auction (10/17/2016) inside China, with a comparable grade, fetched about $25.

The high grade as attached picture will have a much higher valuation, most likely more than $500.

Here are better pictures copied from the following link. Your coin has identical  design as these pictures, but different from the picture in the previous post in one of the Chinese Character in the left of center ring of the obverse. IMO, your coin and the coin from the link may not be genuine.

poconopenn, why the character you circled missing two strokes/dots.
and the flower in the center doesn't look the same, the earlier post only have the six petals.
Anyway, I'm a newbie for old coins.

Attached is a letter from 馬定祥, the well-known collector of Chinese coin and author of many books, to his son about this medal. Please note the picture of coin wherein “bi” has two strokes.

There are many differences in design of coin posted by polisciprof and Chinese blog (reply #2) vs. coin mentioned in reply #1. The missing of two strokes in “bi” happened to be the most easily to see.
