This 1903 Szechuen Rupee has so many varieties, with sliver content ranged from 10% to 90%. It is very hard to authentic. However, the weight of your coin is about 1 gm. higher than the standard weight (9.2-11.4 gm.). This may suggest the coin is questionable. The lines at the lower part of obs. appear to be too thick, suggesting the coin may not be genuine.

I had 2 Coin Dealers look at the coin in person, they said it was ok even with the weight issue which I highlighted, they did concur that this coin had many varieties.

This is tibet rupee 三期 struck in kangding (康定). It is not very like guangxu empire portrait and also contains low percentage of silver. People are more like 一期 and 二期 rupee struck in chengdu(成都).  Your coin is genuine for sure. I deal with tibet coins for many years with many famous collector all over the world like wolfgan bertsch and a Chinese people living in Tibet area.
