ok i'm sure everyone is probably rolling their eyes about someone buying one of these things
but they're so over the top frou frou silly i actually want one after seeing em listed constanty
for a few years

anyway... anyone have any knowledge as to whether they'd be excluded from being graded for
any reason? or even any additional info on these? i take it they were never colorized offically
from the mint?

This coin was discussed on a earlier post.  IF I remember correctly, it was not painted but had a colored slip put on it. Good looking coin...............

I saw some lunar fans that were essentially painted with toning today.

They, in terms of crayons, "stayed within the lines".

They looked great, but they were def AT.
